The world of anti aging. Hundreds of products all over the internet, radio, and television that are constantly advertised. Many of the product never do what they promise to do. So, how do you know if anti aging programs even work at all? Well, lets take a look at the DES technique and you will see how to design your own plan that will work wonders!

D – Diet

You have to eat a diet that promotes anti aging effects. If you don’t know what you should be eating, browse through our blog to find all of the great foods that we have created posts about that are beneficial for anti aging.

E – Exercise

Exercise is great for health, no matter what your age is. However, one reason that it is so great for anti aging is that it promotes the production of Human Growth Hormone in your body. If you combine exercise and S in the DES plan, you can maximize your Growth Hormone levels.

S – Supplements

When it comes to anti aging supplements, I am talking about our homeopathic HGH products as well as anti aging skin creams. The reason you need supplements is pretty self explanatory – to supplement your success for better results!

If you want to start your own anti aging program, or follow one that is already made with a pre made diet, exercise program, and certain supplements, make sure that the program agrees with the DES technique!

Do you eat/drink a lot of dairy products? Do you think that they are important for your overall health? Some people don’t think that dairy products are very important and some people avoid them altogether, which is detrimental to your health. Lets take a look at what dairy products have to offer which make them such a good choice for your nutrition!

Macronutrients

Dairy products are rich in protein, carbohydrates, and fats. Of course, you already know that you need all of these in your diet to be the healthiest you can be. While some dairy products have too much unhealthy fats, you can always go for the low fat option, which is easily obtained. Unfortunately, dairy products contain lactose, which is something that a lot of people in the world have to avoid, due to their intolerance. If that isn’t the case for you, you shouldn’t be avoiding dairy products at all. Dairy products contain some of the best bio available proteins found in any food, so take advantage!

Micronutrients

Dairy products are very rich in micronutrients, or otherwise known as vitamins and minerals. Your body can’t produce micronutrients by itself and you need them to live a healthy life, so getting ample amounts of them on a daily basis is critical! Vitamin A, D, calcium, and iron are just a few of the micronutrients that dairy products are rich in.

Fat loss

When I say fat loss, many people aren’t thinking dairy products are a good choice. In fact, many people cut out dairy products because they are very calorie-rich. However, did you know that dairy products contain CLA, an acid that is known to speed up fat loss? While you can supplement with CLA, why not get it from a natural source?

Choices

Dairy products come in all different shapes and forms. You can get sweet products like chocolate milk or fruit flavored yogurts. You can get highly nutritious products, like milk and cheese. You can find thousands of recipes to use with dairy products. You can consume them from sun up to sun down. There is no limit to what you can do with dairy products, so what reason do you have to keep them out of your diet?

So, the question many people trying to lose fat is how much exercise they need to be doing to optimize their fat loss…obviously, that is almost an impossible question to answer. Lets face it, losing weight and losing fat is a whole different ball game. You may lose fat and gain weight if you put on muscle. Or, you may gain fat but lose weight if you lose weight. You see the dilemma…

The fact is, there is no perfect exercise timing that will help you lose fat. You don’t have to get your heart rate to a certain percentage of your maximal heart rate or even focus on anything like that. In fact, as long as you give your best effort in the gym, no matter what you are doing (strength training, cardio, yoga, dance classes, etc.), you are exercising the right way to burn fat. Now, instead of focusing on your exercise, you really have to look at your diet.

The number one thing people make mistakes about is what kind of food to avoid. So many people think that you have to avoid fat to lose fat. In fact, you want to be avoiding carbohydrates, especially simple carbs, if you want to lose weight. This is how it all works: Your body uses carbohydrates for energy. If you consume carbohydrates for your workout, it will use that for energy. Instead, you don’t want to use carbohydrates for energy, so you get your body to use the stored fat for energy. You do this by avoiding any carbohydrate intake before a workout.

Calories in vs. calories out is what you have to base your diet and exercise on. If you just can’t eat any less, you have to exercise more to burn more calories. Some of us can eat almost anything and be fine and there are others that have to eat a lot to feel okay. You have to adjust the amount you workout accordingly. Technically, you don’t even have to diet if you exercise enough that your calories out exceeds your calories in.

So, there it is, a myth busting post about how to work out for fat loss. If you just follow the basic principle of avoiding carbohydrates before a workout and making sure your calories out is larger than your calories in, you are on your way to losing that fat!

HGH is the hormone produced in the pituitary gland in the brain that is responsible for the growth and maintenance of body tissue in the body. It is a unique blend of amino acids that can only be produced by the pituitary gland and after you begin to age passed the age of 20, your body starts to decline its production. That is when the signs of aging start to become more and more apparent. Luckily, HGH supplementation has sprung up and allowed thousands of people around the globe enjoy the benefits!

HGH supplementation started to try and combat the effects on children that lacked the proper amount of HGH production. In children, HGH does exactly what it was produced to do, help grow and maintain muscle tissue, bones, and other parts of the body. After you get passed your teen years, HGH starts to decline and doesn’t work to grow your body tissue. Instead, it starts to work to keep your metabolism where it should be. No matter what age you may be, having the right amounts of HGH in your body is very significant. That is why supplementation for almost every age range has become very available in recent years.

The fact that HGH is great at stopping muscle deterioration and promoting its growth proves to very effective in treatments of serious illnesses. For instance, HGH supplementation is known to extend the lives of people with AIDS because the disease isn’t able to deteriorate the body as fast. HGH is also great for athletes because it stimulates muscle growth, speeds up metabolism, and speeds up recovery time from an injury, all very good for any kind of athlete obviously. It is also a popular anti aging supplement because it can help you lose weight, boost brain stimulation, reduce wrinkles, give you more energy, and make you look years younger! HGH is literally one of the best supplements to use.

In the beginning, HGH was only available in the form of injections. While these are the most effective form of HGH supplementation, they require a prescription and come with some serious risks for side effects. So, since then, over the counter HGH supplements have hit the mainstream market, in the form of HGH stimulators and homeopathic HGH oral sprays. While they are obviously not as powerful as injections, they can show some fantastic results, if used properly. If you don’t have a serious medical problem that requires the more potent injections, I suggest you stick to over the counter products to avoid side effects. You have to ask yourself, is the risk worth the reward?

Many people question the effectiveness of over the counter HGH products. Well, some do work and some don’t, which is the nature for many supplements available. HGH stimulators are actually just amino acid blends and they don’t contain HGH, which obviously means they don’t give HGH-like results. Homeopathic HGH supplements have a bad reputation from less-than-perfect companies producing low quality products. However, the top homeopathic HGH supplements have been proven to work great for hundreds of people in controlled studies. Just do your research before buying a product and you won’t be let down!

A few months back, the NFL Player’s Association was asking for a league wide study to find the average HGH levels in NFL players. The NFLPA was demanding this study because they feel that the size of the average NFL is obviously much larger than the average person and that may lead to false positives on future HGH tests. That is because the NFLPA believes NFL athletes naturally have higher levels of HGH in their body, which is a legitimate belief. Now, the NFL has agreed to start this study.

The debate for HGH testing in the NFL began last August with the new CBA that avoided a lockout. Now, with the 2012-13 season rapidly approaching, the testing still hasn’t been started. However, Jeff Pash, the NFL’s top lawyer, believes that this study should start soon and should mean that HGH testing will begin by the time the regular season rolls around.

You turn on the TV and see a commercial about every 30 minutes for whole grains and how you should be eating them every day. Is this just a fad or are whole grains really something that you have to pay attention to? Well, lets take a closer look into the world of whole grains!

Common Whole Grain Foods

Many people know the idea behind whole grains but they don’t know what the actual foods are. Well, the most commonly consumed whole grain foods are oats and oatmeal, millet, rye, brown rice, and sprouted grains. Whole grains are rich in carbohydrates, healthy fats, protein, and many of the essential vitamins and minerals. They are also one of the best sources of fiber, whether it be soluble or insoluble.

Health Benefits

As you have heard on TV, they are great if you are trying to lose weight. They are great for keeping you feeling full and are great sources of nutrients. They have also been found to be great for diabetics, since they are made of complex carbohydrates that don’t create a rapid spike in insulin levels. If you consume the recommended 2 and a half servings a day, you will lower your risk of heart disease by over 20 percent! The risk for diabetes is reduced by 30 percent and the risk of brain strokes is also reduced by 30 percent. If that isn’t enough, whole grains do even more! They have been shown to reduce the risk of asthma, losing your teeth, and gum disease.

What to buy

While you may see whole grain granola bars, or any other product, on the television, they may not be the best choice. When it comes to whole grains, and any other food for that matter, you will want the least refined version to get the most benefits. Obviously, you can buy all of the most common whole grains listed above in bulk at any grocery store. You can find hundreds of recipes to use with them as well.

So, if you were thinking whole grains were just a fad and aren’t that important, think again! They are one of the best food sub-groups that you need to be eating!

There is a first for everything. However, if you are Pat Mendes, you probably don’t feel too proud that you are the first American Olympian to test positive for HGH use. He has been banned for two years, which is a big hit since he is the top ranked American in the above-105-kilogram weight class.

Mendes was tested for the banned substance and when the results came back positive, he admitted that he had been using HGH. Some people, including USADA CEO Travis Tygart, believe that this proves that HGH testing is reliable and should be implemented in sports like the NFL, which has been putting HGH testing on the back burner for more than just a few months.

What will be the future of Mendes and Olympic weight lifting in general? Are more competitors using the banned substance of HGH for an athletic edge? Only time will tell how many professional athletes have regularly been using HGH to gain that advantage. What do you think about this story? Let us know with a comment below!

Aging skin is a major concern for people starting to creep up in the years. However, there are many ways to combat that older looking skin and avoid wrinkles and dull looking tones altogether. In fact, this post will show you 6 of the best ways to avoid all of that!

1. If you can, avoid the sun on days where the UV light intensity is very high. If you have to go outside, make sure that you get some sun block on to protect you from the harmful UV rays that can age your skin very quickly!

2. Stay hydrated. Dehydrated skin tends to look more saggy and have more wrinkles. If you stay properly hydrated consistently, your skin should definitely start to work better. 8 cups or more a day!

3. Avoid cigarette and any other kind of smoke. It has the tendency of aging skin, and is obviously unhealthy for you in general. The smoke actually dehydrates your skin, leading to wrinkles.

4. Use a high quality skin moisturizer that is suited for anti aging purposes. Most people just call these anti aging creams, but they are just moisturizers that are extra helpful for dull skin tones and wrinkles.

5. Get your sleep and relax! Stress and a lack of sleep can cause many serious signs of aging. If you are too stressed, your body ages faster. A lack of sleep and increased stress are also related, so just get your 8 hours a day and learn to relax!

6. Use our homeopathic HGH products. They are used by hundreds of people every month that want to solve their aging skin problems and see great results. Check out our products at our homepage www.21stCenturyHGH.com!

So, there you have it. 6 easy to implement and inexpensive ways to solve your aging skin problems for good!

Lets face it, the exercise ball can be fun compared to the normal barbell and the treadmill. Having fun in the gym means a lot for your success.

Cheap

If you are building your own home gym, an exercise ball is definitely one of the cheapest pieces that you will be buying.

Balance/Stability

Building up your overall balance and stability is a great thing, especially for your core muscles. Using an exercise ball regularly is great for this!

Cons

Training

You can’t just start using an exercise ball and do everything right. You have to learn how to use it right.

Risks

The exercise ball is not something that is stable by itself. If you make one wrong move on it, you can pull muscles, fall and hurt yourself, or injury yourself in some other way.

Too Much Focus On The Ball

Some people think about the ball and their balance more than the exercise that they are performing, which obviously hinders your overall progress.

So, there are 4 main pros and 3 main cons for using the exercise ball. If you need cheap exercise equipment that is versatile and you already have decent core strength, which will allow you to focus less on the ball and lower the risk for injury, I recommend using the exercise ball at least once in a while. If you are new to fitness and don’t have much strength, you are probably better off sticking to the normal weight machines. Also, if you are looking to build a lot of muscle or burn off a lot of fat, the exercise ball really isn’t for you in most cases.
