HGH dosages and results

I ordered HGH-IGF1 and have been taking it for the past month. I have certainly noticed some changes. I've also noticed those changes leaving, since I haven't taken it for several weeks now (in order to conduct my own little test).

I am about to order more, but I was wondering about the dosage. I noticed when I would spray it under my tongue that I would eventually have to end up swallowing the small amount of liquid. Is that OK, or should I wait longer to let it absorb more? Also, would it be beneficial at all to take a larger dosage?

HGH gets absorbed within 10-20 seconds so if you hold it under your tongue for 30 seconds thats plenty. You can then swallow the small amount of liquid.

Taking more HGH on a daily basis will not increase your HGH levels any more than taking the recommended dosage. In fact, after about 6-8 weeks you can maintain your levels by spraying only twice per day. I keep my bottle on my night stand and take it right when I wake up, when I go to sleep at night, and once during the day. If I miss the dose during the day I don't fret too much about it.

If you don't notice anything within 1-3 weeks, just send the used and unused bottles back for a full refund. We get so few returns that it's not a big deal to us to refund money especially if nothing is happening. About 2% of the population does not react to hgh therapy of any form and no one seems to know why.
