HGH Questions regarding Results of Use

I just received my spray today. Can you tell me if I will be able to feel anything?  This may seem like a silly question but I am unfamiliar with this. If you have a link that addresses all this, please forward. Thank you.

I purchased some HGH spray product recently and am wondering about the storage and shelf life. Does it require refrigeration after opening? Does it lose potency over time? Thanks,

Room temperature is fine. It has a 5-year shelf life.
