I have been using the 21st Century oral spray for about 40 Days. I have noticed some changes in digestion and increase in muscle tone. There has been no weight loss. My joints seem to be a little less stiff. Here is my testimonial and I have three queries.

Testimonial Goals for the next 4 months:

Lose 40 lbs. Get back to jogging 3-5 days per week
Get off blood pressure medication.

Questions:

1. Will it take much longer to feel the full effect?
2. Do I need to add anything?
3. Is it critical to take the two sprays within the 30 min. window before or after meals?

Thank you for writing to us. After 6 weeks you have probably achieved as much additional HGH in your system as possible. If you stop spraying it will probably take 2-4 weeks for the increased HGH to leave your system. People are asking this question all the time.

It is critical not to eat or drink within 15 minutes of spraying. The best times to spray are right before going to sleep (probably the most important time) and right when you wake up in the morning. Then spray once during the day. The third spay is an "extra" spray. If you miss it it's no big deal. After three months you can probably skip the third dose altogether, allowing each bottle to last longer.
