I have been taking your oral spray for a month now after taking a pill version of another product for years. The pills removed my face and hand wrinkles, but had some side effects.  Your oral spray has also removed my wrinkles, made my face tighter - I'm 59 years old male - increased my energy,  enabled me to get a good nights rest and increase my endurance.  So far no side effects! Your body fat will be reduced.  To the extent that you feel 10% stronger, last 10% longer, and recuperate 10% faster, your workouts should be more potent and more muscle will appear.  Human growth hormone is not a steroid so it won't bulk you up.

2. Will taking it more then 3 times a day make it work better, is this viable?

No you'll just be wasting it.  Your body will only absorb just so much.

3. What would happen to the observed affects if I stopped for a week or so?

It takes 30 days for human growth hormone to saturate your system and 30 days for it to leave.  If you stop for a week you will lose 25% of the increase in human growth hormone that you've built up in the last month.
